TAICH air cooled screw chillers adopt semi-hermetic screw compressor, which mainly solves the problem of large cooling capacity need. It is suitable for the working condition where is windy and sandy, and hard water quality. Small space and higher efficient. 

The air cooled screw chillers has a built-in screw compressor and a finned condenser, and equipped with a shell-and-tube high-efficiency heat exchanger and a low-frequency speed fan as standard.

The air cooled chillers is connected to the customer's equipment through an external chilled water pump. The pump will send water from water tank to the shell and tube heat exchanger in the chiller for cooling. The cold water is pumped to the user's equipment, then the warmer water will return to the water tank, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling the user equipment.

Compressor:

1.The compressor adopt a new high-efficiency screw type rotary compressor, which is 20-30% saving energy than ordinary compressors, we have long cooperation with HANBELL, BITZER, REFCOM,and etc. 

2.High efficient 5:6 asymmetric gear

3.Cooling capacity control can adopt four-stage (100%-75%-50%-25%) or three-stage (100%-66%-33%) and step-less control system.

4.The bearing adopt 11 bearings and A-type axial thrust balance drum combination design, greatly increases the bearing life by 2.5 to 3.5 times

5.Adopt special groove design of high-efficiency silicon steel, and equipped with internal and external omnidirectional design cooling flow, so that the compressor motor can exert the highest efficiency under any load.

6.The unique built-in oil pressure system ensures the compressor maintains a high lubricating effect without an oil pump. The oil separation adopt a double-layer filtration method,with good oil filtering effect and the heat exchanger can exert its maximum capacity.

7.Adopt kinds of refrigerant, except R22, also use eco-friendly type, such as R407c, R134a, R32 and etc. 

8.A full range of compressor capacity ratios (V1=2.2/2.6/3.0/3.5) can optional, which can effectively avoid additional energy consumption caused by compressor overload or insufficient compressor pressure.

Control System:

TAICH has developed a highly intelligent PLC and PC-level computer control system, which can be used for remote monitoring and control. Simple operation, connect with power supply directly, with lower failure, and high safety factor, easy installation. User can set the parameter as real working need, intuitive and reliable; SIMENS PLC is workable. 

Evaporator: 

Shell and tube heat exchanger with higher cooling efficient, and good Insulation

Condenser: 

Equipped with high-efficiency transverse slit fins and internal threaded copper tubes, with high heat exchange efficiency and good stability.

Protection System: 

Temperature control switch, high and low pressure switch, overload protection, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector and abnormal indicator light.
