Confirm solution, and order, production, and our sales manager also will keep you update for the production developing.
After Water Chiller Sales Steps
Professional documentation specialist will arrange the shipment for you, we can accept arrange the water chillers send to your discharge port, or to your door. Or if you have own forwarder we also accept FOB / FCA in China Port, or EXW.
Our documentation specialist will close to tracking throughout the goods situation, ensure it is arrive to our customer safety, and they will help customer to prepare any documents if can help them save import tax and process cost.
When TAICH Water chillers arrive to customer, we supply 12 months warranty, if any quality problem we will help customer to change the new parts by free; And we supply any technical support in the water chiller’s whole life.
Our highly-qualified customer service team can assist you with replacement parts and components for your chiller. Additionally, we offer phone service to help with maintenance and troubleshooting.
