How does the dairy glycol chiller works? 

The dairy glycol chillers used to remove the heat from your dairy process line that is produced during the pasteurization, after the milk been pumped to the milk tank. And also the glycol chillers also will keep work to cooling the milk ti the precise temperature required , make sure safety and increase it’s shelf life. 

Taich dairy glycol chiller design with internal water tank ( if the box type chiller), or external water tank ( if the open type chiller), which will connect with the stainless steel plate heat exchanger to cool down the milk. 

The dairy glycol chiller can make as air cooled chiller, and water cooled chillers according to customer working condition need. We also can customized special specification according to customer market or project need. 

What’s the difference between air cooled glycol chillers and water cooled glycol chillers? 

 Air cooled glycol chillers use air to bring out the heat from your brewing systems by fan running, saving space, more convenient and economic for installation. Water cooled glycol chiller use water to bring out the heat from your brewing systems by the external cooling tower. Low noise, higher efficient.
