Explosion-proof Water Chillers For Chamical 

This water cooled screw chiller is equipped with an explosion-proof cabinet and explosion-proof electrical parts, suitable for flammable and combustible working condition. 

This explosion-proof water chillers can automatically adjustment according to running load changes, balancing the running load of the compressor, greatly extending the service life of the chiller unit, with trouble-free operation of more than 45,000 hours.

The evaporator adopt reinforced copper pipe with threads on both sides,  and good heat dissipation effect. The evaporator shell is insulated with a 25mm thick PE insulation board. No condensation is produced and cooling losses are low.

Condensers:  The condenser uses German and Japanese technology copper pipes, which are processed into trapezoidal low rib pipes to improve the heat transfer capacity. The inner surface of the copper tube is smooth, which reduces the water pressure and is easy to clean and maintain.

Protection Devices: High/low-pressure switch, frost-proof device, soluble pin/safety valve, overload protective device, coil over-heating protection system, temperature automatic protection device.

Computer Control System: This chiller adopts Siemens PLC, PC-level computer control system, explosion-proof circuit control, remote monitoring and control, simple operation. Low failure rate, high safety factor.
